My name is Sylwia Farley. I have been in the beauty and fashion industry for 25 years. I am a hair stylist, make-up artist and a spray tan professional with an impeccable eye for attention to detail.

I was born in Poland and went on to represent my country as Miss Poland in 1997. From there, I was a contestant in the Miss Universe pageant in sun-soaked Hawaii. I fell in love with the Islands and ended up going to Hawaii Pacific University where I graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Business. I met my future husband in Hawaii who just happened to be born and raised right here in Ludington. Once I experienced Ludington and all the beauty found in our corner of the world, I was reminded of my childhood hometown. I had been hoping the family would make Ludington their permanent home one day. My dreams came true when we relocated to Ludington in August of 2023.

I love making people feel beautiful and feel their absolute best. This is how I came up with the name "MoxyMe". “Moxy” stands for having that “It” factor, which highlights a unique and attractive quality that sets that person apart. The "it" factor is an elusive and often subjective quality that makes an individual especially appealing, charismatic, or intriguing. It's that magnetic charm or presence which captivates others and makes someone stand out in a crowd. This is exactly what I try to offer to all my clients.

Tanning Advice

Before Care...

Shave and exfoliate well 24 hrs before tanning.You can add sugar to your body wash as an exfoliant.
The day of the tan shower and remove all the lotion from the skin.
Come for the treatment without any make-up, lotion or sunscreen on.
Bring loose, dark clothing to wear and flip flops after the tan.

After Care...

After required time rinse of the bronzer until the water runs completely clear.
Don't use any sponges or luffas.
Don't use soap or body wash until the next day.
You can apply moisturizer.
Don't sweat or work out until the next day. Your tan will be developing for the next 24 hours.
Moisturize twice a day to extend the life of the tan.
Use alcohol free, non-aerosol sunscreen.
Avoid chlorine, salt water and hot baths as this will make your tan fade very fast.
